90 Ball Bingo
90-Ball Bingo is one type of bingo game popularly played in the United Kingdom and Australia. It is very close to the game of 75-Bingo where players have to purchase bingo cards or tickets. As and when numbers are called out, the players have to mark them on their cards. The first player to complete the winning pattern wins the game.
Although the basics of 75-Bingo and 90-Bingo are the same, there remain some inherent differences.
- The 90-Ball Bingo cards have three rows and nine columns
- Five squares in each row contain numbers ranging from 1 to 90 and the rest are blank.
- The winning patterns are usually the same and there are usually three patterns in each game.
- Each of these three patterns has a prize for the winner.
- The patterns include Single Line Across (Line), Two Lines Across (Two Lines), and Full House. The first player to correctly cross off a horizontal Line; then Two Lines and finally for crossing off all the numbers on a Ticket (Full House), would win the corresponding prize for that pattern.
